Loan Agreement

1. The employer provides working at home facilities (hereinafter referred to as: products) alable by the employer, the employee is obliged to agree to this loan agreement.

2. The employee uses the products as a careful and reasonable person.

3. If the employer requests this, the employee will immediately return the products available to the employer.

4. As an employee you only use the products to be able to work from home for the employer.

5. The products are provided strictly for your use only.

6. The employee must report loss/theft of products to Thuiswerkplek.nl in writing as soon as possible via contact@thuiswerkplek.nl, with a copy of this report to the employer. The employee immediately reports loss/theft to the police. The employee sends a copy of the official report with the report to Thuiswerkplek.nl/employer.

7. The employee reports damage to products as soon as possible in writing to Thuiswerkplek.nl via contact@thuiswerkplek.nl.

8. The distribution of the products is valid as long as there is a business reason for making the products available. The provision ends in any case on the last working day of the employee's employment with the employer.

9. The employer may immediately reclaim the products loaned to the employee in the event of misuse, neglect or use of the products for a purpose other than that for which they are intended.
